Vanessa Cardoso

Vanessa Cardoso's work experience begins in 1995 as a Trainee in Administration at Banco do Brasil. In 1996, they had a brief stint as a Trainee in Internal Audit at Syngenta. From 1997 to 2001, they worked as an Accounting Analyst at Syngenta. In 2001, they became the Brazil Financial Planning & Analysis Coordinator at Syngenta, where they managed budgeting and financial reporting. From 2007 to 2010, they served as the Brazil Commercial Operations Coordinator for Syngenta, focusing on sales order management and training. From 2010 to 2012, Vanessa worked as the Latam Shared Services (FI, RH, IT) Controller at Syngenta, overseeing planning and cost control. From 2013 to 2015, they held the role of Latam Finance Compliance Manager, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing internal controls. In 2016, they became a Brazil Commercial Operations Consultant at Syngenta, supporting the implementation of new ERP platforms. And finally, since 2019, Vanessa has been working at AgBiTech Brasil, initially as a Commercial Operations role, and currently as the Finance and Business Operation Manager.

Vanessa Cardoso pursued their education chronologically with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, which they completed from 1994 to 1998. Following that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Universidade Paulista in 1999. Finally, they accomplished a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they undertook between 2008 and 2010.
