Fabien Descamps

Fabien Descamps is an experienced professional in the automotive industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at AGC Automotive Europe since September 2022. With a long tenure at AGC Glass Europe from 2001 to September 2022, Fabien held various positions, including R&D Head of Department, AnX Team Leader, Project Leader, and Laminated Process Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed technology development, team management, process improvement, and providing technical support across European plants. Fabien holds an Executive MBA from EDHEC Business School and multiple degrees in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing from Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France and UVHC.
