Michael Scesa

Michael Scesa is a Product & Development Engineer at AGC Chemicals Americas Inc. since September 2011, with a strong background in materials science and engineering. Scesa completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Drexel University, where significant projects included creating biomimetic replacements for aggrecan in intervertebral discs to alleviate back pain. Previous roles include a Chemical Engineering Co-op at Polymer Phases Inc., focusing on renewable polymers, and internships at Terracycle, Inc. and McGee Industries, where Michael engaged in material development and R&D for a variety of applications, including food packaging and protective coatings.
