Aaron Silberman

Aaron Silberman is a seasoned attorney specializing in construction and government contracts, currently serving as a Construction & Government Contracts Attorney and Co-Chair of the Construction Practice Group at Rogers Joseph O'Donnell since June 1996. Silberman holds various leadership roles, including a founding member of the Steering Committee for the California Lawyers Association's Real Property Section focused on construction law and a member of the Justice & Diversity Center Leadership Council of the Bar Association of San Francisco. Involvement extends to the ABA Forum on Construction Law as a member of the Leadership Circle and past chair of the Publications Committee, as well as participation in the AGC of California's Legal Advisory Committee. Silberman’s previous experience includes serving as an Officer of the American Bar Association's Public Contract Law Section and working as an associate attorney in litigation with a focus on construction matters. Silberman earned a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and English Literature from the University of Michigan.
