Yuhi Aizawa Combatti

Yuhi Aizawa Combatti is an experienced professional with a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) and workforce development. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce & Community Development and Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at AGC of California since August 2021, Yuhi has previously held roles including Senior Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead at Cahill Contractors from July 2015 to August 2021. In addition to DE&I initiatives, Yuhi has experience as a Marketing Manager, overseeing team training and the management of the annual marketing plan and budget. Prior consulting experience includes work with Shigotoshugi, Inc., and a role as a Tour Administrator for ACFEA Tour Consultants. Yuhi Aizawa Combatti holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Westminster Choir College.
