Juha-Pekka Asikainen is currently the Senior Project Manager & NPI Controller at AGCO Power Oy, where Juha-Pekka leads the New Product Family Development Program. Prior to this, Juha-Pekka held various managerial positions at AGCO Corporation, focusing on New Product Introduction, Supplier Cost Analysis, and Engineering Control. With a Master of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Tampere University of Technology, Juha-Pekka Asikainen has a strong background in project management, sourcing, cost analysis, and budget planning.
