William Roiger

William Roiger has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. William started their career as a Laborer with various construction companies, where they gained experience in roofing, siding, framing, demolishing, remodeling, concrete forming, and pouring. William then transitioned to the role of Student Security Supervisor at the College of Saint Benedict, where they organized and managed a team of student employees.

In 2009, William joined F & M Insurance Agency as a Risk Management Advisor, where they specialized in providing insurance and bond products to a wide range of clients, including farm owners, business owners, homeowners, vehicle owners, contractors, and financial services organizations. After five years, they moved on to Rain and Hail Insurance, where they served as the Minnesota Marketing Supervisor for over eight years.

In 2010, William also took on the responsibility of an Agricultural Manager on a farm, where they monitored grain markets, managed sales schedules, and oversaw the cultivation, maintenance, and harvest of field crops.

Most recently, they have been working at AgCountry Farm Credit Services as an Insurance and Marketing Education Specialist. Their role involves providing education and expertise in insurance and marketing to clients.

Throughout their career, William has demonstrated a strong commitment to the agricultural industry and has developed a diverse skill set in areas such as risk management, marketing, and insurance.

William Roiger began their education at Springfield High, where they attended from 1999 to 2005. During this time, they did not earn a degree or pursue any specific field of study.

Following their time at Springfield High, William attended Saint John's University from 2005 to 2009. Here, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communication, and Coaching.

In addition to their formal education, William Roiger has obtained several certifications in various leadership-related subjects. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in July 2021 and include:
