Elaine Maddison

Elaine Maddison currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of brightsolid, a Hybrid Cloud and Cyber Security Managed Services Provider, responsible for strategic development and execution. In addition, Elaine is a member of the Board of Trustees for Age Scotland. Previously, Elaine held various leadership roles at Aegon, including Transformation Director, overseeing the integration of platforms, and Customer Service Director for Aegon UK's Platform, managing service delivery for over 500,000 clients. Elaine also contributed as a Non-Executive Director at Origo and held significant positions at Alliance Trust Savings, including Strategy Director and Chief Operating Officer. Elaine's career began in technology as a Senior Analyst Programmer at CR SMITH, complemented by a BSc (Hons) in Computing from Abertay University.
