Manoharan Ganesan has been working in the IT staffing services industry since 2013. From 2013-2014, they were an IT Technical Recruiter at Reveille Technologies, Inc., where their responsibilities included finding candidates through different sourcing techniques, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and salary negotiation. In 2014, they joined Ageatia Global Solutions as a Team Lead/Senior US IT Recruiter, where they provided a broad range of staffing options and solutions, encompassing most IT department requirements. Manoharan also handled software programming and application development.
