La’Tamara Thomas is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors, currently serving as a Job Analysis Specialist at AGEISS Inc. since June 2023. Previously, La’Tamara worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Buckle, demonstrating effective skills in employee recruiting, payroll, performance management, and employee relations. La’Tamara's tenure with the United States Air Force from March 2013 to December 2021 included roles as a Human Resources Superintendent and Human Resources Manager, focusing on diversity and inclusion initiatives, staffing, and the development of personnel.
