Steve Maystone

Steve Maystone has extensive experience in field service engineering and technical support within the medical and defense sectors. Currently a Senior Field Service Engineer at Agena Bioscience since May 2014, Steve is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of advanced laboratory equipment, including MALDITOF Mass Spectrometers, while supporting a diverse international clientele. Prior to this role, Steve served in similar capacities at Sequenom, QML Pathology, and Roche, addressing various pathology testing equipment needs. Steve's career began in the Royal Australian Air Force, where significant responsibilities included the maintenance of F/A-18 Hornet instrument systems. With a solid foundation in calibration and lab technician roles, Steve demonstrates a robust technical skill set and commitment to customer service.
