Mamadou Lamine SENE has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Mamadou Lamine started their career as an intern at Technicolor in 2010, where they gained valuable industry knowledge. Mamadou Lamine then worked as an intern at SFR from July 2011 to December 2011, before returning to SFR as a Radio Engineer Consultant in January 2012. During this time, Mamadou also worked as a GSM-R Network design, planning & optimization Consultant engineer at Synerail Construction from April 2012 to July 2013.
In 2013, Mamadou joined Nokia Networks as an LTE Network & Performance Optimization Consultant engineer, where they worked until June 2015. Following this, they transitioned to Bouygues Telecom as a Radio Engineering Consultant from July 2015 to October 2016.
From November 2016 to September 2018, Mamadou served as a Project Manager for the 2nd digital dividend (700 MHz band) at the Agence nationale des fréquences (ANFR). Mamadou Lamine then became an Engineer - Telecom Project Manager at ANFR from October 2018 to January 2022. Currently, Mamadou holds the position of Deputy Head Of Broadcasting Department at ANFR, starting from February 2022.
Mamadou Lamine Sene has a diverse education history. From 2008 to 2010, they attended Polytech Nantes, where they pursued a degree in Engineering, specializing in Electronic and Digital Technologies with a focus on Multimedia Systems and Network Technologies. Following that, in 2010 and 2011, they enrolled at Télécom Paris and obtained a specialized Master's degree in Mobile Radios. Currently, from 2021 to 2023, Mamadou is pursuing an Executive MBA in Management and Corporate Administration at IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School.
