Zachary Holland

Zachary Holland has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Zachary started their career as an Assistant Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch before becoming a Store Manager. Zachary then worked as an Executive Team Leader at Target, overseeing multiple teams and ensuring a positive guest experience. Zachary further developed their leadership skills as a Sales Counselor at LA Fitness.

Zachary also has experience in the corporate world, working as a Recruiter at Lab Support, a division of On Assignment. Zachary later transitioned into sales roles, serving as an Account Executive at Ricoh USA, Inc. and SoCal Office Technologies, where they achieved strong results by prospecting for new business and presenting customized solutions.

In their most recent role as a Marketing & Operations Coordinator at Modern Luxury, Zachary handled human resources, operational, and legal tasks, as well as managed the internship program. Zachary then moved on to become the Human Resources Lead at APA Agency, where they managed the timesheets of hourly employees, trained Mailroom Trainees, and assisted with the implementation of a new HRIS system.

Throughout their career, Zachary has demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills, as well as an ability to adapt to various roles and industries.

Zachary Holland obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Zachary attended the university from 2008 to 2012. In 2020, Zachary pursued further education and received a Certification in Professional in Human Resources - California from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
