Troy Dean

Troy Dean began their work experience in 2000 as a Director and Social Media Expert at Hullabaloo Creative, where they produced social media content for the web. From 2006 to 2009, they owned and operated Guardian Web Design, specializing in small business content management systems and search strategies. In 2009, their business merged with Subgroup Design to become Tonto Digital. In 2010, Troy Dean worked as a Voice Over Artist at EM Voices, providing voice over talent for various media. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Social Media Expert and Coach at Tonto Digital, and from 2011 to 2011, they lectured on social media at JMC Academy. In 2012, they became a Keynote Speaker at ICMI, delivering presentations on maximizing online marketing efforts. The following year, Troy Dean worked as a WordPress Plugin Developer and Video Tutorial Producer at Video User Manuals. In 2012, they also started their own business, Troy Dean, as an Online Marketing Speaker and Consultant. In 2013, they co-founded Agency Mavericks (formerly WP Elevation), an accelerator program for WordPress consultants. Finally, in 2018, they became the Founder of Agency Mavericks.

Troy Dean's education history includes completing a Cert IV in Small Business Management from TAFE NSW in the year 2000. Prior to that, they attended Parafield Gardens High School from 1985 to 1989, focusing on drama.
