Lucas Jans

Lucas Jans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and management, currently serving as VP of Product at Agency Revolution since March 1998, where a world-class product team was built in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As Director of Innovation, Lucas led the creation of a comprehensive agency marketing platform designed to enhance client acquisition and retention. In addition, Lucas has held the role of Senior Product Manager at FMG Suite since January 2018, overseeing enterprise integrations and architecting a SEC 17a-4 compliant email archiving solution. Lucas also manages Lac Brewing Co., a rapidly growing craft brewery in Saigon, Vietnam, and previously served as Executive Director for the Village School Foundation, which focused on building schools and providing scholarships in rural Vietnam. Early career experience includes a tenure as Technology Director at Insurance Profit Systems from 1999 to 2008.
