From 2015 to 2015, they worked as a Pre-Sales Engineer at Reinventa Software, specializing in ITIL-based technology and educating clients on application benefits. In 2016, Francisco joined MacInside Limitada as a Technical Support Manager, where they managed a team and improved customer support processes.
