Arlette Aquino has worked in various roles since 2007. Arlette began their career as a Customer Care Consultant at 800 Teleservices in 2007. In 2008, they took on the role of Oral English Teacher at Rising Sun Training Center and Team Leader for Microsoft at Sykes, where they were responsible for training customer service representatives, monitoring calls, and managing the day-to-day operations of the team. In 2009, they worked as a Client Application Specialist Senior Staff at both Starcite and Starcite Lanyon. Finally, they have been employed at Agent Image since 2019, where they have held the roles of Assistant Team Lead and Digital Strategist.
Arlette Aquino graduated from Far Eastern University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.).
