Matthew Cresswell

Matthew Cresswell is a seasoned professional in the field of solution engineering with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Principal Pre-Sales Solution Engineer at AgentSync since January 2025, Matthew previously held the role of Senior Solutions Consultant at Haven Technologies from February 2023 to December 2024. Matthew's prior positions include Principal and Lead Solution Engineer at Salesforce between April 2019 and February 2023, and various technical sales roles at IBM from July 2014 to April 2019, including Senior Domain Expert and Certified Technical Sales Specialist. Earlier, Matthew gained valuable experience as a Graduate Assistant at Ball State University, managing user experience laboratories and leading initiatives to encourage women's participation in technology, as well as an internship at Apex Marine focusing on marketing and quality control.
