Alexa Buffa

Alexa Buffa serves as the Associate Director of Communications & External Affairs at Agenus, where responsibilities include leading the development and execution of communication strategies for Agenus and its subsidiaries, MiNK Therapeutics and SaponiQx. With a background that includes roles as Senior Manager of Communications and External Affairs and Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer, Alexa has a proven track record in enhancing corporate visibility and managing strategic communication initiatives. Prior to joining Agenus, Alexa was a Student Board Member at Go4theGoal Foundation. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Public Relations at Boston University College of Communication, Alexa also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Lafayette College.
