Elvio Magliocca

Elvio Magliocca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information and communication technology (ICT) management. Currently serving as a Senior ICT & Network Manager at the Revenue Agency of the Ministry of Economy and Finance since January 2015, Elvio leads a team responsible for a global security framework across multiple locations and users. As an Independent Consultant since 1999, Elvio specializes in digital innovation, project management, and IT governance. Notable past roles include Chief Information Officer at City Hall Nerviano Milan, where strategic ICT policies and systems architecture were established, and Project Manager at Digital Magics, overseeing cross-project management and senior advisory functions. Elvio holds a Master II level degree in ICT Management from the University of Milan Bicocca and a Master in Information Technology & Computer Science from the University of Milan.
