Beyza Nalbant

Beyza Nalbant is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at AgeSA Hayat ve Emeklilik since July 2022, while also holding the same title at Aksigorta. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Neutec İlac from March 2019 to July 2022, a Human Resources Specialist, and a Recruitment Assistant at Adil Işık Group from April 2018 to March 2019. Additionally, Beyza began a career in Human Resources as an intern at Memorial Healthcare Group and DEVA Holding A.Ş. Beyza holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Istanbul University and a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from the same institution.
