Lan Pham

Lan Pham is an experienced operations and human resources manager with a strong background in developing systems, policies, and managing labor relations. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Human Resources Manager at AGEST Vietnam since November 2019, Lan previously held the position of HRA Manager at TLV (Tri Luc Viet Company Ltd.) from April 2017 to November 2019. Earlier roles include HR Manager and Media Team Leader at HiPT GROUP, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, training, public relations, and media strategy. Lan has also worked as Assistant Director and Sales and Marketing Manager at Viet Bac Co., Ltd.
