Els Vanden Bossche

Els Vanden Bossche is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in consolidation and auditing. Currently serving as the senior consolidation manager at Agfa Gevaert since October 1999, Els oversees the quarterly consolidation of the Agfa Gevaert Group, manages controlling activities, updates IFRS guidelines, and authors the annual report. Previous experience includes a role as a senior auditor at KPMG Audit from October 1996 to October 1999, focusing on financial audits for industrial enterprises and financial institutions. Els holds an MBA and a Licentiate in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp and Marquette University in Milwaukee, attained between 1990 and 1995, with a special interest in financial instruments related to IAS 39 and IFRS 7/9.
