Tej Gaonkar

Tej Gaonkar is a data science intern at uLawPractice.com, where responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining lawyer account data for machine learning applications and developing a revenue prediction model with 80% accuracy. Currently serving as a project manager at Aggie Sports Analytics, Tej leads a team in building an NFL Draft prospect predictor, utilizing Python libraries for data manipulation and implementing machine learning algorithms. Additionally, Tej works as the lead ML/AI developer on an NFL injury prevention project and is part of the technical projects team at AI Student Collective, focusing on a course recommender app for UC Davis students. Tej also managed a beginner projects cohort, teaching data analysis and visualization techniques. Tej is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Data Science at the University of California, Davis, after graduating with a high school diploma from Monta Vista High School in 2022.
