Chris Pais

Chris Pais serves as the Head of Application Engineering at Aggreko since August 2017, focusing on developing low-carbon power solutions utilizing hydrogen and methanol, conducting techno-economic evaluations for energy transition, and addressing emissions reduction strategies. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Axiom Exergy and Bosch, where Chris managed the installation of thermal energy storage systems and integrated energy storage with renewable sources. Chris has a strong background in energy storage and applications, developed system architecture for Compressed Air Energy Storage at LightSail Energy, and contributed to significant projects at FuelCell Energy. Chris holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
