Shashidhar Banakar has extensive experience in project management and operations, holding senior leadership roles in various companies such as Hindware Limited, HSIL Ltd., Techtextil Limited, D-Link India Limited, and Duraline India Pvt. Ltd. shashidhar started their career as a Shift Incharge at Betts India Ltd (formerly Courtaulds Packaging) and has gradually progressed to managerial and vice president positions. Shashidhar has a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Karnataka State Open University and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government Polytechnic College. shashidhar also completed their 12th grade in science from Kittel College Dharwad.
