Jonathan Avila

Jonathan Avila is a Delivery Coordinator at Agidesk since August 2021, previously serving as a Cloud Architect and SRE. From June 2016 to August 2021, Jonathan worked at Sigma Telecom as a telecommunications technician, where responsibilities included managing firewall infrastructure, network management, and telephony systems. Prior to this, Jonathan was an IT Assistant at Grupo CarHouse from January 2014 to June 2016, providing technical support and maintaining computer networks. Jonathan holds an MBA in People Management, Leadership, and Coaching from Descomplica Faculdade Digital, is a graduate in Computer Networks from ULBRA, and has an extension course in CCNA Routing and Switching from Senac Brasil. Additionally, Jonathan completed a Technical degree in Information Technology at QI Escolas e Faculdades.
