Tiago Garcez

Tiago Garcez is a seasoned professional in Agile coaching and management consulting, currently serving as a Partner at Agilar Benelux since October 2007. With a focus on high-performance organizational coaching, Tiago also holds the role of Product Owner at Bean Stalk since August 2020, emphasizing Learning & Development within Agile frameworks. As an Agile Leadership Journey Guide since August 2018, Tiago contributes to leadership development in agile practices. Prior experience includes working as a Sr. Agile Transformation Coach at BNP Paribas Fortis, where Tiago initiated and supported multiple Agile pilots across the organization, and as an Agile Coach at Belgacom, where Tiago actively promoted Agile methodologies.
