Marcelo Pfau

Marcelo Shimada is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and team leadership, particularly in the technology sector. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager for Latam at Agile Content since January 2017, Marcelo oversees a team of six and manages multiple high-profile projects, including the CNN Brazil multiplatform project and Claro's NOW application. Previously, Marcelo held roles at Instituto Semear as a voluntary mentor, and at Magazine Luiza as a Project Specialist, where responsibilities included IT portfolio management and complex project execution.
