Rafael Fuzari

Rafael Fuzari has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rafael began their career as an IT Consultant at PRODAM, where they focused on training and developing educational materials. Rafael then joined iG - Publicidade e Conteúdo LTDA, taking on various positions such as Quality Coordinator, Business Analyst, and Business Analysis Coordinator, where they were responsible for project coordination, quality control, and service desk management. Rafael later worked at Brasil Telecom as a Project and Outsourcing Coordinator, overseeing integration projects and managing outsourcing vendors. Rafael also served as an IT Manager, leading systems and outsourcing departments, and as a Scrum Master, implementing the Scrum methodology throughout the company. Rafael then transitioned to LabOne Systems S/A as the Director of Multimedia Technology, responsible for technology projects and post-sales support in Latin America. Rafael then joined UUX Ultimate User eXperience as the Director of Professional Services, managing technology and customer service areas for the company's projects in Latin America. Most recently, Rafael has been with Agile Content, S.A. as the VP of Professional Services, overseeing technology and post-sales activities in LATAM and Europe, following the acquisition of UUX by Agile Content. Throughout their career, Rafael has had a strong focus on technology implementation, customer relationship management, and project management.

Rafael Fuzari has a PostGraduation in Project Management (PMI) from FIA Business School, which they completed from 2005 to 2006. Rafael also holds an Especialização (Specialization) in IT Project Management from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they pursued from 2004 to 2005. Rafael's undergraduate degree is in Computer Science, which they obtained from Universidade Paulista between 1998 and 2002. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in 2008 and Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in April 2020.
