Tanya Swart

Mrs. Tanya Swart is Agile Defense’s Operations Director for the National Capital Region. She is responsible for employee and customer satisfaction across the region and helps to lead training opportunities for growing our most important assets, our employees. In her 2 years with Agile Defense, she has assumed a variety of roles and responsibilities ranging from Operations Director to Transition Manager to Office Manager. Prior to joining Agile Defense, Mrs. Swart led efforts at CMMS, USDA, Census Bureau, DOJ, and The Treasury Department where she specialized in operations, process improvement, and project management. She holds a BS from The Florida State University in Information Studies and an MS in Information Systems from Strayer University. She holds active certifications in PMI Project Management Professional and ITIL Foundations.
