Flaviana Maier de Oliveira

Flaviana Maier de Oliveira is an experienced project and retail services manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies. Currently serving as the Manager of Retail Services at Agile Directive since March 2024, Flaviana has previously held significant roles, including Project Manager at In All Media, where oversight included five projects across Latin America and Asia Pacific. With experience at BeatStars as an Agilist, Flaviana identified and resolved project blockers while collaborating across diverse teams. Notable previous roles include Project Manager at BRX Retail, managing a major initiative for Brazil's largest retailer, and Project Manager at Wipro Limited, leading a large IT project with over 150 personnel.
