George Elfond is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a strong background in technology and consulting. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Rallyware, George has developed an innovative group engagement platform and has overseen all aspects of startup development, from business strategy to fundraising. George is also an official member of the Forbes Technology Council and a partner at Agile Fuel, where high-quality engineering teams are recruited for clients. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, a Summer Associate at Abris Capital Partners, and Managing Director at the International Council of Institutional Investors, where George co-founded a non-profit organization to attract investments to Eastern Europe. George holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and dual degrees (BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and BA in Applied Mathematics) from the University of California, Berkeley.
