Frank Ricciardi

Frank Ricciardi is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the SaaS and technology sectors. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of Maavee since October 2020, Frank's mission centers on enhancing well-being and fostering personal connections through innovative solutions. In addition, Frank is a Strategic Advisor at Agile Analytics, guiding the introduction of a new people analytics solution into international markets. Previous roles include Chief Customer Officer at Thrive Global, where Frank oversaw a pivotal transition to a technology-led company, and Chief Customer Officer at Cornerstone OnDemand, managing customer strategy and expansion in the Asia-Pacific region. Frank also held key leadership positions at Convergys, DigitalThink, more.com, and Accenture. Frank Ricciardi earned a BS in Finance and Economics from Drexel University.
