Laura Campillo

Laura Campillo has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Laura is currently working as a Senior Talent Acquisition & Digital Marketing professional at Agile Search. Previously, they worked as a Senior Tech TA Partner at Lendo Group, where they successfully achieved recruitment goals and filled various tech positions. Laura also served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at TV4 and Hedvig, where they developed recruiting strategies and managed tech recruitment projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition professional at TopCruiters and as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Laura started their career at Thomas Greg and Sons, where they held several roles in HR, including Development & Performance Lead and Analyst.

Laura Campillo studied at Master D from 2022 to 2023, obtaining a degree in Graphic Design. Prior to that, they attended Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana from 2010 to 2015, where they earned an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering. Additionally, Laura has obtained several certifications, including a Förberedande kurs i svenska from Stockholm University in August 2021, Email Marketing certification from HubSpot in February 2021, and a Tech Recruitment Certified Professional certification from DevSkiller in February 2021.
