Thelma Almeida

Thelma Almeida is the Founder and Co-CEO of Agile Business Platform, a role held since October 2021, where responsibilities include establishing vision and strategy, overseeing execution of an Intelligent Enterprise Process Platform, leading product design, and managing scalable development to meet customer demands. Additionally, since August 2001, Thelma has served as Founder and Board Member of Agile Solutions, focusing on global management of client solutions, product innovation, adaptive services scaling, customer relationship management as a senior partner, and developing future leadership within the company. Thelma's educational background includes studies at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, Harvard Business School, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
