Seema Jadavji

Seema Jadavji is an experienced employment coach and supportive housing worker currently employed at Agilec since May 2022 and at Cota since February 2021, respectively. At Agilec, Seema provides one-on-one coaching and career counseling for a caseload of approximately 50 candidates. At Cota, responsibilities include supporting residents with diverse needs, conducting intakes, and developing crisis de-escalation plans while performing clinical notation. Previous roles include positions at Good Shepherd Ministries, Canadian Mental Health Association - Toronto Branch, Herizon House, and Lakeridge Health, where Seema provided rehabilitation support, crisis intervention, and client counseling. Seema holds a Graduate Certificate in Addictions and Mental Health from Durham College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Waterloo.
