Seema Rafay

Seema Rafay has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Seema began their career at BMO Nesbitt Burns in 1997, where they worked as an Investment Executive until 2001. In 2006, Seema founded their own company called Job Fit Hub, LLC, where they served as the Founder and Principal HR Consultant, specializing in talent assessment, organizational development, and career strategy. Seema joined AgileOne in 2014, initially working as the Sr. Director Global Talent Development. In April 2021, they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Human Resources. Throughout their career, Seema has demonstrated a strong focus on human resources and talent management.

Seema Rafay has a diverse education history, including various degrees and certifications. Seema obtained a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University in January 2022. Seema also holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, specializing in Human Resources and International Business. Prior to that, they earned a BSBA with Honors from DeVry University, focusing on Sales and Marketing. Additionally, Seema studied Economics at the University of Toronto - Victoria University. Seema'scommitment to professional development is evident through their certifications, such as Talent Management from LinkedIn in January 2021 and PXT Select™ Certification from PXT Select™ in July 2017.
