Stephanie Hots

Stephanie Hots has work experience in various HR roles. From January to October 2015, they worked as an HR Generalist at Metrología y Mantenimiento Industrial S.A. de C.V. Following this, they joined Comisión Federal de Electricidad as an HR Generalist from October 2015 to December 2021. Currently, Stephanie is employed at AgileOne as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, where they contribute to talent acquisition projects by conducting research, identifying and generating candidate pipelines, and collaborating with recruiters to create a positive candidate experience.

Stephanie Hots pursued their education in psychology at Universidad del Noreste from 2011 to 2014, completing a Licenciatura degree in the field.
