Ofer Cohen

Ofer Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ofer started their career as an R&D Director at BMC Software, where they managed a team of over 40 staff and led the development of the IdM Suite. After a successful tenure at BMC Software, Ofer moved on to become the Head of R&D Israel at FIS, overseeing a team of around 35 staff. Ofer then joined AgileSparks as an Enterprise Agile Coach, where they played a crucial role in guiding clients in choosing the appropriate agile approach and leading SAFe/Agile transformations. Ofer's expertise in Agile coaching led him to AgileSparks North America, where they continue to serve as an Enterprise Agile Coach.

Ofer Cohen has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Open University of Israel. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including being a Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant Trainer from Scaled Agile, Inc. Ofer has also achieved the Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant Trainer and Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant certifications. Specific dates for the certifications were not provided.
