Sar Shalom Simchi

Sar Shalom Simchi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career as a Shift Supervisor at Mahshov in 1999 before transitioning to a Customer Service Team Leader role at Bezeq in 2000. At Bezeq, they were responsible for supervising a team of 5 Customer Service representatives and overseeing the establishment of phone infrastructure.

In 2007, Sar Shalom Simchi transitioned to a development role as an Experienced Java/J2EE developer at Malam. There, they were involved in the development of end-to-end interactive and e-commerce websites for corporate clients. They had skills in data reading from databases, data conversion to Java objects, creating page controllers using JSF tags, CSS, and JavaScript, and developing a GUI-based User Activated Form Creation Tool.

From 2011 to 2013, Sar Shalom Simchi worked as a Dynamics AX developer at PRODWARE, focusing on ERP projects on Microsoft Dynamics AX. They were responsible for customizing the Business Logic system for corporate clients and troubleshooting the production environment.

In 2013, Sar Shalom Simchi joined NEXTRADE LTD. as a Java developer. They worked on the development of a platform based on Grails technology using Java and Groovy. Their responsibilities included developing various areas of the system, from UI to infrastructure, and writing specifications.

Starting in 2018, Sar Shalom Simchi worked at Western Digital as a Principal Engineer in Software Development Engineering until 2021. They played a significant role in software development projects during their time at Western Digital.

In 2021, Sar Shalom Simchi joined Conguard Ltd. as a Senior Back-End Developer. They were responsible for designing and developing a cloud-based IoT platform using Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Maven, Git, JIRA, Jenkins, and MSSQL.

Currently, Sar Shalom Simchi is working as a Senior Back-End Developer at AgileSparks, starting in 2022.

Sar Shalom Simchi has a diverse education history. From 1999 to 2005, they attended The Open University of Israel, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Computer Science. In 2019, they enrolled in HackerU, where they completed a C++ Basic Course. Sar Shalom also took Basic and Advanced Python Courses at Reuven M. Lerner in the same year. Prior to their university education, from 1991 to 1995, Sar Shalom attended The Air Force Technical School and obtained a Technician Diploma with a specialization in Aviation Mechanics. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including AWS for Developers: S3 and Amazon EC2 Fundamentals from LinkedIn, as well as Docker Training Course for the Absolute Beginner and YouTube Labs - Docker for the Absolute Beginner - Hands On from KodeKloud.
