Wayne Castellon

Wayne Castellon has over 20 years of experience in tax management and consulting. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Global Tax at AgileThought, a role they assumed in September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Tax at Norwegian Cruise Line for six years. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Director of International Tax at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. Before joining the cruise industry, Wayne worked at Ingram Micro as the Director of Tax for Latin America for ten years. Wayne also held the position of International Tax Manager at Grant Thornton LLP and Senior Tax Consultant at PwC. Wayne began their career as a Senior International Tax Specialist at KPMG US in 1995.

Wayne Castellon holds a Master of Science in Taxation degree from the University of Miami, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the same university. Wayne also has additional certifications as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Treasury Professional.
