Leila Rao

Leila Rao is the Founder and CEO of AgileXtended, where since October 2016, strategic planning and tactical delivery have been facilitated for sustainable organizational change across a diverse client base, including federal government agencies and Fortune 100 companies. Leila Rao co-founded LeanInAgile (LIA) in December 2019. Educationally, Leila Rao earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis between 1991 and 1995.
