Sayali Lokhande

Sayali Lokhande is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at Agiliad since December 2019, Sayali provides technical expertise, guides team members, creates architecture and design documents, and interacts with customers to present and defend design decisions. Prior to this role, Sayali was a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on mentoring junior colleagues and managing complex technical discussions. Sayali's earlier experience at Cybage Software as a Software Developer included analysis, design, development, and unit testing of new features, along with project proposals and estimations. Sayali holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from All India Shivaji Memorial Society's College of Engineering for Women in Pune, obtained in 2015.
