Michael Slattery

Michael is responsible for all facets of the company’s financial management activities, including structuring and executing capital-market transactions and managing the company’s relationships with capital providers. He has more than eight years of specific experience in renewable-energy transactions as well as deep consulting experience in financial restructuring.

Prior to Agilitas, Michael was vice president at M-III Partners, a financial advisory firm. Earlier, he worked as vice president of investment banking for Global Capital Finance specializing in renewable transactions. He also was director of finance at Barbaricum, LLC, supporting federal government renewable-energy development and research programs. Michael earned his bachelor’s degree from McGill University and completed his M.B.A. at Georgetown University. He is a CFA Charterholder.
