Kadarra Grandberry

KaDarra Grandberry has been serving as a District Patient Support Leader at Results Physiotherapy since October 2013, managing 14 outpatient physical therapy practices and overseeing 72 employees, while ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and financial goals. Previous roles include overseeing administrative staff in 12 practices, achieving significant improvements in turnover rates through companywide training, and managing clinic operations with a focus on revenue and patient flow. KaDarra's experience also includes working as a Health Coach and Sales Floor Team Member, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
