Rob Barnes

Rob Barnes is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Agiliti since June 2017, Rob has progressively advanced through various positions including Senior Manager and Corporate Recruiter. Prior experience includes a role as Corporate Recruiter at American Blue Ribbon Holdings, where Rob recruited for management-level and director-level positions, managed vendor relationships, and designed hiring events. Experience also includes recruitment at Dish Network and operational leadership roles in the restaurant industry. Rob holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Business Management from Northern Kentucky University.
