Tom Leonard

Tom Leonard is an experienced executive currently serving as CEO and Board Member at Agiliti, formerly known as Universal Hospital Services, since April 2015. Prior to this role, Tom held various leadership positions, including Executive Partner at THL Partners from April 2023 to October 2023, President of Medical Systems and President of Pyxis Dispensing Technologies at CareFusion from July 2008 to March 2015, and Senior Vice President/General Manager of Ambulatory Solutions at McKesson from June 2005 to June 2008.
