Mardell Kauffman

Mardell Kauffman has over 18 years of professional experience in engineering and production roles. Mardell began their career in 2003 as an Electrical Technician at ATS Systems, where they were responsible for mechanical oversight for cleanroom wafer washer, alucobond skin fabrication, and building panel boxes that enclosed the PLC's and other electrical hardware. In 2008, they joined Tunnel Radio as an Engineering/Production Technician II and was involved in creating manufacturing templates, building tools, writing technical documents, streamlining processes, writing RF testing scripts, working with engineers for analysis testing, writing ECRs (engineering change request), designing test fixtures for products, recommending product improvements, stress testing products for possible failure points, analyzing production flow, analyzing testing processes, and analyzing documentation for cross referencing. In their current role, they are also a leader of field installation work, testing circuit boards with frequencies of VHF, UHF, and 900Mhz. In 2022, they will join Agility Robotics as an Engineering Technician.

Mardell Kauffman attended ITT Technical Institute from 1993 to 1995, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in AEET.
