Lorig Manjikian

Lorig Manjikian began their work experience in 2008 as a Field Sales Manager at Vector Marketing, where they sold Cutco Cutlery and provided training for new representatives. Lorig later became a District Manager at Vector Marketing from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, they joined ASK Staffing, Inc as a Recruiter, responsible for recruiting candidates for contract and direct hire opportunities. Lorig utilized social media platforms and a database of over 7 million resumes for candidate sourcing. In 2013, Lorig joined Probity IT as a Technical Recruiter, managing staffing solutions for contract, contract to hire, and direct hire positions. In 2014, they joined Eliassen Group as a Senior Recruiter/Team Lead, playing a key role in uniting talented individuals with quality solutions for successful companies. Finally, in December 2020, Lorig started working at AgilityHealth as a Customer Success Manager and Product Owner, where they continue to utilize their skills and expertise in managing customer success and product ownership.

Lorig Manjikian completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, studying from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Burlington High School, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. Additionally, Lorig has obtained two additional certifications: Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2023, and Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from the same institution in December 2022.
